Miles Condon SC, Nicolas Ford, and Thomas Glynn are the three lawyers who, for nearly 10 years, ignored their client’s basic requests for clarification of their legal services, court representations, and written advice. In 2023, in their former client's leave to appeal of a DC interlocutory orders before the NSW Court of Appeal, the justices, Mark Leeming and Jeremy Kirk (Condon SC case) and Justices, John Basten and Richard White (Ford & Glynn Case), recorded evidence and representations on behalf of the defendants, who did not appear in court nor gave such evidence.
